How do I get more hints?

You can get hints in several ways: complete the daily puzzle (+1 hint), reach streak milestones (bonus hints at 7, 14, 30+ days), watch a short video ad, or purchase hint packs from the store.

I purchased hints but they didn't appear. What should I do?

First, try closing and reopening the app. If hints still don't appear, go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". Note: Only non-consumable purchases (Remove Ads) can be restored. If you still have issues, contact us with your purchase receipt.

How do I remove ads?

You can permanently remove interstitial ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option available in the app's store or settings. Rewarded video ads (which give you hints) will still be available if you choose to watch them.

Can I restore my purchases on a new device?

Yes, for non-consumable purchases like "Remove Ads". Go to Settings > Restore Purchases. Note: Hint packs are consumable and cannot be restored - they are used when you spend hints in the game.

How does the daily puzzle work?

A new puzzle is available every day at midnight (your local time). Complete it to earn a hint and build your streak. Consecutive days of completion unlock bonus hints at milestones!

I lost my streak! Can you restore it?

Unfortunately, we cannot restore lost streaks as all data is stored locally on your device. We recommend setting a daily reminder to keep your streak going!

How do I unlock new themes?

Themes are unlocked by reaching certain milestones: completing level packs, reaching daily streak goals, or making specific progress in the game. Keep playing to discover all the beautiful themes!

Can I play offline?

Yes! Flowria works completely offline. All puzzles are stored on your device. The only features that require internet are watching ads for hints and making purchases.

How do I reset my progress?

You can reset your progress by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Warning: This will delete all your progress, hints, and unlocks permanently.

The hint didn't help me. Can I get it back?

Hints reveal valid path segments, but they might not always show the most helpful piece. We cannot restore used hints, but keep in mind that the hint system prioritizes showing useful segments.

I found a bug! How do I report it?

Please email us at rbaezam@gmail.com with details about the bug, including what you were doing when it happened, your device model, and OS version. Screenshots are very helpful!

Can I transfer my progress to another device?

Currently, progress is stored locally on each device and cannot be transferred. We're considering cloud sync for a future update.
